Refund Policy
Warranty:
Ganson Engineering warrants each product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of six months from the date of purchase. This warranty is the only warranty either express or implied. Ganson Engineering's liability in connection with this transaction is expressly limited to the replacement of the supplies. WE do NOT warranty products being shipped outside of the United States.
Refund Policy for Defective Product:
Return of the defective product is required. Customer must receive a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) from Ganson Engineering in order to return the defective product. Call 1-800-434-9001 to receive this RMA. Ganson Engineering will pay the cost of shipping. If the product is found to not be defective, customer gives Ganson Engineering the authority to charge the Customer’s credit card for the entire cost to replace the product.
Customer may choose:
1. Return the defective product to Ganson Engineering. Ganson Engineering will replace the defective product with a like kind product upon receipt of the defective product.
2. Request an exchange product before Ganson Engineering receives the defective product. Ganson Engineering will send a replacement product to the Customer. If Ganson Engineering does not receive the defective product within 10 days of sending replacement product, Customer gives Ganson Engineering the authority to charge Customer’s credit card for the entire cost of the replacement product.
3. Customer may elect to receive store credit from Ganson Engineering. Upon receipt of the defective product, Ganson Engineering will issue store credit to the customer
4. Customer may elect to receive credit card refund. Upon receipt of the defective product, Ganson Engineering will issue a credit card refund to the same card the product was originally charged
Refund Policy for Incorrect or Returned Orders
Incorrect or returned orders are accepted for return by Ganson Engineering subject to 30-50% restocking fee. The customer pays for shipping. Custom Orders are not eligible for a refund or a return. The customer may choose:
1. Return incorrect product to Ganson Engineering. Ganson Engineering will provide you with a Store Credit equal to purchase amount minus restocking fee
2. Request a Credit Card Refund. Ganson will refund the purchase on the original credit card used, minus the cost of shipping and restock fee
Pricing Errors
Ganson-store.com will always try to provide accurate pricing. On the rare occasion, we may have a pricing or a typographical error. Ganson-store.com cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Ganson-store.com shall have the right at Ganson-store.com's sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be deemed to be made under, and shall be construed in accordance with and shall be governed by, the laws of the State of Arizona. Suit to enforce any provision of this Agreement or to obtain any remedy with respect hereto must be brought in Maricopa County, Arizona, and each party hereto expressly and irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of the Superior Court of Maricopa County, State of Arizona; or, if both parties agree to binding arbitration through an alternative method of dispute resolution in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Finance Charges, Attorneys Fees and Taxes, Privacy Policy:
In addition to all other legal rights and remedies, a finance charge computed at a periodic rate of 1.5% per month (18% Annual Percentage rate) will be applied to all past due accounts. If either party with respect to its rights brings any action under this agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs. In addition to the agreement price, CLIENT shall reimburse Ganson for any present or future sales, use, excise, value‑added or other similar tax applicable to the Ganson invoice. CLIENT shall provide Ganson tax‑exemption evidence if claiming tax exempt status. As a visitor to our website there is an opportunity that you may see our Social media marketing advertisements.
