Our Commitment To Quality
The Liner Our foundation is built upon a 40lb supercalendered bleached Kraft release liner. Our liner is designed for roll to roll applications with enhanced die cutting and stripping properties.
A supercalender liner is created by putting the liner material under intense pressure. The compressed liner material forms a silicon like surface. This silicon like surface provides for a quick and even release of the adhesive from the liner.
This label can be applied at temperatures from a low of 32°F to a high of 100°F. Our coated label will maintain its adhesion strength in temperatures ranging from 20°F to 140°F.
The Facestock Our label incorporates a 40 lb face stock specifically designed for thermal transfer barcode printing. We designed our facestock to meet scanning requirements of 87% for brightness and 80% for opacity.
We chose the Matte finish (coating on the facestock) as the perfect balance between ink absorption and abrasion resistance. The Matte Coating contains a Protective Film that resists UV Light, Heat & Chemicals.
