- The Drum is Replaced with a New Mitsubishi Drum Specifically Designed for Brother Drum Part NumbersDR 500.
- Each batch Brother Drum Units are tested for Wear and Page Cycles.
- EVERY Gear, Screw, and Spring are Inspected and Replaced as needed.
- Print testing occurs on each Finished Brother HL 1650, 1670, 1870, 5040, 5050, 5050LT, 5070N, MFC 8420, 8820, DCP 8020 & 5025d Drum. Each Sample Page is Inspected for Gray Scale Quality.
- 1% of each Model’s Production is Stress Tested. We Print Continuous Pages at 18% Coverage until the Brother Drum has run the complete Duty Cycle. The Drum is Disassembled and Inspected for Imperfections and Excessive Wear.
- We drop test .5% of Finished Drums. The Drum is Dropped Eight Times per Corrugated Box Side. The Corrugated Box is Opened to Verify Fitness for Use on our Packed Cartridges.
