Our OEM, OEM Plain Box, OEM Equivalent and OEM Compatible Thermal Printheads are designed for the following Zebra printers: 105 SL, ZE500-4 (4 Inch) & PAX3.  Interesting Factoid: These printheads are commonly designated as LH and RH. In the industry, RH & LH have been defined as: Left Hand/Right Hand & Left Hanging/Right Hanging.

OEM Compatible Printhead: Our Made in USA printhead is designed to function as a replacement for the OEM. This compatible printhead incorporates additional functionality of Diamond Like Protective Coating and Resistive Pastes instead of Pressure Sealed Circuits. We believe this printhead will substantially outperform an OEM printhead in a Thermal Transfer Environment.

OEM Equivalent Printhead: Our OEM Equivalent Printhead is Designed to be a “drop in replacement” for and Perform to the Same Specifications as an OEM printhead. Buyer Beware: There are many knockoff companies building variations of the OEM Equivalent Printhead with varying quality of parts. Our US based partner controls Printhead Quality by having all the engineering, product part tolerances and quality assurance performed in the USA. The printhead components are made in China.

OEM Plain Box Printhead: This is a printhead built by the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the Thermal Printhead. Typically, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Printhead is built by one of the big three Printhead Manufacturers (Kyocera, Rohm, Toshiba). This OEM Plain Box Printhead is built to the same Specifications using the same Components, Equipment and Factories as the OEM Printheads, and arrives in a non-branded, generic box at a significantly better price. Our OEM Plain Box Printheads also carry the same manufacturer's warranty as OEM Printheads.

OEM Printhead: This is a printhead built for the Manufacturer of the Thermal Printer. Typically, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Printhead is built by one of the big three Printhead Manufacturers (Kyocera, Rohm, Toshiba). This printhead is built to the specifications defined by the Printer Manufacturer and is called an OEM Printhead. This printhead will contain the OEM Logo, arrives in a Branded Box and carries the Manufacturer's Warranty.
